We are Janet Smith Tours Ltd, and our business is selling accomodation to members of the travel industry at staff discounted rates.

In some circumstances, we are able to offer these discounts to friends and family of travel industry workers, without an airline ID.

Our business was started in 1988 by Janet Smith and Tony Chitty, and has been growing ever since.

Having been trading for over 21 years, we have been established in this niche business longer than most (if not all!) our competitors.

Since the beginning we have had no change of name and management, and we know that many of our customers are reassured that even now the telephone is still answered by the same people they first spoke to, over 10 years ago.

Our business has been built on personal customer service, with customers getting to know us over the years, and us them.

We do not use call waiting systems, and all calls are answered by a member of staff. We do not want to lose the postive customer feedback that we recieve – it gives us a unique view on how we are doing from your point of view.

In ‘Destinations’ you will find a simple list of all the countries we can accomodate, and by clicking on the country names, there is either an outline map with clickable links, or a list of hotels.

Note that it is always worth giving us a call – we can suggest late openings and new additions that may not be listed on this site.
